The word Reiki = Rei means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki means “life force energy”. Reiki = “spiritually guided life force energy.”

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki can be administered with or without touch to ones body. It can also be administered long distance as it is an unseen life force energy that flows through each of us. Reiki is not a belief system, so no religion is required or expected.

As a Masters Level Reiki Practitioner, Renee offers you the ability to relieve physical stress, while experiencing emotional and spiritual healing. Reiki works different for each individual, but has been known to assist with physical healing, as well as mental healing.

What is a Reiki Master?

A Reiki master has been required to pass through 3 levels of training which include 1) Understanding and using Reiki Symbols, Reiki Procedures and Reiki Theories. This gives the Reiki Master the ability to provide therapy to each individual with possibilities of the best outcome!

What to expect during a treatment?

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating feelings of relaxation and peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Results can be observed 24-48 hours after a treatment.
